- Newsletter Listings (15% Commission on Sale)
- Standard Promotion (20% Commission on Sale)
- Premium Promotion (30% Commission on Sale)
For Buyers
We offer 3 tiers of brokerage based on the deal size
- Deals up to $20,000 : 15% (subject to a min of $500)
- Deals above $20,000 and up to $2,000,000 : 10% (subject to a min of $3k)
- Deals above $2,000,000 : 7.5% (subject to a min of $200k)
